The coding suggestion contained incorrect coding rows

Type of message:  This is an internal message for MediusGo.

Cause: The coding suggestion does not comply with established coding rules.

Action

  1. Go to the Administration tool - Business rules - Coding suggestion.
  2. Open the coding suggestion in question.
  3. Compare that the mandatory fields of the chart of accounts (Base register - Chart of accounts) on the specified accounts have values entered on the coding suggestion.
  4. Check that the coding suggestion complies with the rules set up under Business rules - Object relations.
  5. Check in the code plan (Base register - Code plan) if the values used in the coding have a valid date in the Date to field, if not change that date to one that is in the future. If both date fields of a value are empty, no date needs to be added.

Alternative action

  1. Go to System Configuration - System Settings - Functions.
  2. Open the AllowIncompleteAllocationProposal parameter and set it to Yes.
The parameter gives the possibility to create incomplete coding suggestions, i.e. omit mandatory fields to fill them in manually.

If none of this solves the problem, contact the MediusGo Customer Center via the support button on the invoice or our Customer portal.
