Type of message: This is an internal message for MediusGo.
Cause: Settings of the agreement invoice is missing addressees.
Action: Go to the Administration tool - Business rules - Agreement invoices and look at the settings. Correct the flow template so there are addressees in relevant steps.
Send the invoice forward like a normal invoice or restart it to go like the agreement invoice template.
If none of this solves the problem, contact the MediusGo Customer Center via the support button on the invoice or our Customer portal.
