Problems when logging in

There are a number of error messages that may appear when logging in, below is a description of what some of these are and how to deal with them.


Server error/Runtime error

If, immediately after logging in, you get the message Server error/Runtime error, you need to do two things.


  1. Clear Cache and Cookies in your browser. 
  2. If you use a bookmark to get to the login page, check that it points to the URL you received for login, it should not point to idp.mediusgo.com.
    If the bookmark points to the wrong address, edit it or delete it and create a new one according to the instructions in the article Logon and Logout in Azure.


Invalid_request

If, after logging in, you can't access the application but get a white page with the message Invalid_request, this is due to an incorrect bookmark or a wrong URL.


Edit the bookmark you used so that it points to the URL you received for login, it should not point to idp.mediusgo.com. Alternatively, you can delete the bookmark you used and create a new one according to the instructions in the article Logon and Logout in Azure


Logged in as xxx@xxxx

If, after logging in, you cannot access the application but only receive a message that you are logged in, this is due to an incorrect bookmark or you have entered the wrong URL.


Edit the bookmark you used so that it points to the URL you received for login, it should not point to idp.mediusgo.com. Alternatively, you can delete the bookmark you used and create a new one according to the instructions in the article Logon and Logout in Azure


Page not found

If you are a new user who has not logged in before, ask your administrator to contact our support by registering a case in our customer portal.
