Invalid email or password

If you log in via app.mediusgo.com, xxxxx.ascendo.se or xxxxx.mediusgo.com and receive this message:

check the following things:


  1. You are entering your email address and not your username.
  2. The email address is spelled correctly.
  3. Be sure to enter the correct password, if you are not sure that it is correct order a new one via the link Forgot your password?
  4. Contact your administrator to check that the email address you are trying to log in with is the one registered in the Administration Tool and that it is spelled correctly there.
  5. Check that you enter the correct URL to log in. If you use a bookmark, check that it points to the correct address, i.e. it should not point to idp.mediusgo.com.
  6. If you are a new user who has not logged in before, and the suggestions above do not solve the problem, ask your administrator to contact our support by registering a case in our customer portal.
