The invoice has been restarted from archive

Type of message:  This is an internal message for MediusGo. 


Cause: The invoice has been restarted from the archive.


Action: The original remains in the archive and a new invoice with the same invoice number but a new invoice ID has been created. The invoice number must be changed in order for the invoice to be sent.



If none of this solves the problem, contact the MediusGo Customer Center via the support button on the invoice or our Customer portal.
