Incorrect accrual date

Type of message:  This is an internal message for MediusGo.


Cause: The invoice has an accrual date that falls outside the valid accrual dates.

The accrual dates are set using the system parameters MaxPeriodicdate and MinPeriodicdate.


Action: 

  • Change the accrual date on the invoice so that it falls within the Max/Min dates.

or

  • Go to Administration Tool - System Configuration - System Settings - Functions and change the dates on the Max/MinPeriodicdate parameters.


If none of this solves the problem, contact the MediusGo Customer Center via the support button on the invoice or our Customer portal.
