Generally

Under the administration tool's main menu System Configuration, the option Import - Import log, logged information about completed imports is displayed. The following information is logged:

• Date and time of event occurred
• Text with a description of the event that occurred
• Signature, which function was called when the error occurred
• Log type, type of logged event e.g. Error.
• Log source (which program logged the event)

This log is used as additional troubleshooting information in cases where an import fails.
