• New sort order in search
  By default, the invoices are now sorted in search result so that the newest invoices appear first in the list.

• Tag and notify users by adding them in the message on an invoice
  Should a message be entered on an invoice and you wish to inform a colleague about this, this can easily be done by starting to enter @ followed by one of your users' email addresses.
  
  Example: Hello! @kalle.karlsson@mediusgo.com can you please have a look at this invoice!
  
  When you start entering an address, the system will suggest possible matches from among the users that are listed in the system.
  Should a user be tagged, an email will be sent out to him with brief information about the invoice, the message in which he was tagged and a direct link to the invoice in MediusGo
  
  
• New delete option added for coding rows
  For each allocation row, a new option has been added to delete each row. A red cross is found to the left of the row and if the user presses this, the row will be removed.
  
  
• New UI setting - Always expand message if any found on invoice
  Should a user now wish, the option to always expand the message box when they access an invoice (if a message exists) is found, even if the most recent one was not a system message.
  
  
• Changing the order of columns is now saved automatically
  The Save button has now been removed under Settings - Columns. Therefore, should a user choose to add or change the order of any of the options found here, this will be saved automatically
  
  
• New accrual option in combination with TAF
  When using the Taxes and Fees function and it is desired to accrue a parent row in the system, a new option will be available to the user where they can decide whether the child rows should also be accrued and indicate which type of child rows should be affected
  
  
• Dashboard -  Autocoded
  New graph is found in the dashboard to be able to follow up how many completed invoices during a period were fully coded by (SYSTEM) and did not have to be coded manually by a person
  Access is also given to this in order to be able to move on and analyze where improvements can be made in order to make accounting more efficient

  New graph is found in the dashboard to be able to follow up how many completed invoices during a period that were automatically forwarded in the flow without management by an administrator

Bugs 

• Extended support regarding accruals and TAF
  Now allowed to accrue rows when AllowVATPeriod=0
  
  
• Clear unsent message
  If a message was started but not added to the invoice and then navigated to a new invoice, the message remained in the message box.
  
  
• Accrual account
  If only one account is selectable during accrual, this will be automatically selected for the user. Should more options be available, the user will have to select this
  
  
• TAF - value disappears when account is changed
  When editing the account, the TAF values on the row could be reset/removed, depending on the customer's setup.
  
  
• Search view displayed wide search column
  When only using a few columns in the result, the search column could appear too wide for the user.

  When changing the invoice type, this graph was not adjusted based on this, but showed all invoice types at once
  
  
• Displaced allocation values on read-only
  In case of combination UseTafHead=1 & UseTAFRows=0, the values in the coding rows could be displayed offset when this should be displayed in a read-only mode.
  
  
• Update child rows when Objects are changed
  When adjusting the parent row where the child rows are set to inherit its values, this will now happen
  
  
• Number of top vendors
  If a user has a lower resolution or a smaller window, it was not possible to change the number for top vendors, the dropdown rendered outside of the screen.
  
  
• Save child row settings
  The users choice of expanding/minimize child rows are now saved in the WorkQueue window as well as the Invoice window.
