If the Approve option is not available as a selectable destination on the Forward form, look under the heading Invalid destinations and you will find the reason there.
The whole gross amount must be coded
The entire invoice amount has not been coded on the invoice, there is an amount left to code either on the right or in the amount field on the last row.
Suggested action:
- Code the remaining amount and then try to send again.
- Send the invoice to Invoice Exceptions Review
All coding lines have not been reviewed
There are coding rows on the invoice that have not been reviewed.
Suggested action:
- Check that you have checked the review box on all rows you have reviewed.
- If there are rows you should not review, send the invoice to another recipient in the Review step
No user has approval authorization
There is no user who has approval rights for the coding rows on the invoice.
Suggested action:
The person I want to send to is not eligible as a recipient.
Those who are eligible as recipients in approval are those who have approval rights on the coding rows that are on the invoice, if you are missing someone, it is because they do not have approval rights in your current setting.
Suggested action:
- Send the invoice to one of the eligible recipients.
- Notify your administrator.
