There is a possibility to mark invoices with a posting block in case the invoice should not be posted in the financial system. This is done by clicking on the button at the top of the invoice window.
When the block is activated, the button turns red.
It then differs between different financial systems how and if the posting block is handled. If you want to know if your financial system handles posting block, contact us by registering a support case in the customer portal and we will check it.
Activate the Posting block function
In order for the Posting block button to appear in the invoice window, the user must belong to a role with this permission.
Go to the Role form, tab Other access rights, and check the option "Permit the role to block posting for an invoice" on the companies in question.
