The term company means organization/group - to which there may be several different units/legal entities connected. It is thus possible to install several different customer organizations in the Contract application.
To show which companies are listed, click on the View button.
To edit an existing company, click View, then the current company and the form to edit the company will appear.
To create a new company, click the New button and the form to create a new company will appear.
All fields shown on the form for companies are mandatory.
Field | Description |

Name | Enter the name that identifies the company. This can be an abbreviation or an internal name. |
Description | Enter the complete company name. |
Document path | Here you enter the desired path to the document archive. In the document archive, all documents for this company will be stored in a structure that the Contract application creates and owns. |
Delete
Delete a company by clicking on it in the list and then clicking Delete.
