Labels

What are labels?

Labels allow you to tag invoices so they’re easier to find and filter in the system. The label is saved with the invoice and can be used to both search for and filter invoices.



Labels in the Invoice Window

Open an invoice and click the button  at the top of the invoice window to open the list of labels.

  • Select a tag for the invoice by checking the box on the left. The selected tag appears on the label button in the Invoice window.

  • If you have many tags, you can quickly filter the list by typing in the text box at the top.




Labels in the WorkQueue Window

In the invoice list in the WorkQueue window, you can choose to display only invoices with a specific label. 

If you don’t see the Label column, click Settings in the black column , click Columns - Workqueue, and check the box next to Label. You can also drag the column name to the position where you want it.


Once you see the Label column in the invoice list, click the filter icon to the right of the column header  and select a label from the drop-down list. By default, all labels are displayed in the list; select “Company” in the filter to include or exclude company-specific labels.



Labels in Search

If you want to view all invoices with a specific label, open the search form in the black column . Under the heading Invoice header you’ll find the Label option. If multiple companies are selected, only system labels will appear in the list; to view company-specific labels, search for that specific company only.
