New features

• Forward invoices from mobile
  Invoices that are not pending approval or review can now be forwarded directly from the invoice view on mobile. You choose the destination, recipient and message in the same way as in the desktop version.
• Choose regional format for dates and numbers
  In your profile you can now choose how dates, times and numbers are displayed, independently of the language you use. Your current settings are kept, so nothing changes unless you choose to change it yourself.
• Adjustable column widths in the search view
  You can now change the width of the columns in the search results for invoices, orders and contracts. The widths are saved for your user.
• Adjustable column widths in coding
  The columns in the coding view can now be made wider or narrower, so that long dimension values are readable. The feature works the same way as in the work queue.
• Alternative approval paths
  With a new setting, an invoice can continue via the next matching approval rule when the first approval chain lacks an authorized final approver. Invoices therefore no longer get stuck in the flow.

Documents & invoice view

• Documents load even after a long time
  Invoice images, attachments, download and print now work even when the invoice has been open for more than 30 minutes.
• Invoice image is displayed when zooming and rotating
  The image no longer goes blank if you zoom or rotate while the page is loading.
• Printing from the verification queue
  Printing now opens the invoice in a new tab without affecting the queue you are working in.
• Faster document loading
  Documents now load more efficiently, especially on invoices with many attachments.
  
  

Coding & amounts

• Correct rounding of calculated amounts
  Amounts calculated with expressions or percentages are now saved with two decimals, so that the invoice can be forwarded without problems.
• Editing amounts with thousands separators
  Formatted amounts can now be edited freely without being flagged as invalid.
• Consistent selection in dimension fields
  The suggestion list now behaves the same way whether you leave the field with the mouse or with the Tab key.
• Show full free-text values in coding
  Long free-text values on coding rows are now displayed in full when you hover over them.
• Accrual on rows without an amount
  It is no longer possible to accrua a coding row whose amount is zero.
• Unsaved accrual are kept
  Accruals that have not yet been saved remain even if you open the accrual on another row.
• Amount left to code on order invoices
  The calculation of the amount left to code on purchase order invoices now works as it did before version 2026.9.
• Pasted amounts are interpreted correctly
  Pasted amounts are now read according to your regional format. Values that can be interpreted in more than one way are no longer imported without you being notified.
  
  

Approval & flows

• Correct approval authority on rows without an approval dimension
  Approval authority is now calculated according to the settings even for rows that have no value in the dimension that determines approval.
• Inactive users are hidden as recipients
  Deactivated users are no longer shown when you send an invoice to a purchaser.
• Changes to archived invoices are saved
  Changed coding rows on archived invoices are now saved as they should be.

• Exclude in PDF full-text search
  The option to include or exclude in the PDF full-text search now works as expected.
• Excel export from the dashboard
  Export to Excel from the dashboard's invoice lists now works, and you receive clear feedback if something goes wrong.
• Search articles on new rows
  Article search now also works on rows you have just added, before the invoice has been saved.
• Faster reports
  Reports are now generated more efficiently, even with large data volumes.

• Apostrophe in user names
  Users with an apostrophe in their first or last name can now be created and edited.
• Better validation of email addresses
  Invalid email addresses are now caught immediately when users are created or changed.
• Link companies to users via API
  Companies can now be added to a user via the API without affecting existing links.
  
  

Performance, security & stability

• Filtering on many units
  Work queue and filters now load as they should even when several hundred units are selected.
• Strengthened login security
  Login via an external identity provider is now only allowed with providers that are approved for your organization.
• Preserved import history
  The invoice's original arrival date is now preserved in the import history for full traceability.
