New features

  • Improved accuracy for reverse VAT in Smartflow
We have improved how Smartflow handles reverse VAT lines, so that the percentage is now always set to exactly 25%. This provides more accurate suggestions and reduces the need for manual adjustments.

  • Expanded control of TAF fields and smarter learning per vendor
We have expanded support for visibility, editability, and automatic learning in TAF-related fields. This provides better control over which values are displayed and can be changed, while the system suggests the correct information per vendor.

  • Improved control during order matching and approval workflow
We have strengthened the logic for order matching to create a more consistent workflow during review, approval, and release of invoices. Manual signatures are protected, and invoices lacking supporting documentation are correctly blocked.

  • Wildcard search directly in invoice search
You can now enable automatic wildcard search directly in the invoice search, without going through the profile settings. This makes it easier to find invoices even if you only enter part of the search term.

  • Flow templates are now displayed in the coding suggestion overview
Administrators can now see which flow template is linked to each coding suggestion directly in the list view. This makes it easier to track and maintain rules that are affected by template changes.

  • PDF files can now be searched using Ctrl + F
We have improved the PDF viewer so that text content is searchable directly without having to scroll through the entire document. This makes it faster to find information in longer documents.

  • New solution for real-time notifications in MediusGo
We can now send real-time messages and updates to users directly within the system, without the page needing to reload.

  • Sort queues according to your own workflow
It is now possible to sort queues based on your own needs and priorities. This provides a better overview and a more flexible workspace.

  • Adjustable column widths in queues
We’ve added support for changing the width of columns in queues by dragging the column edges. Settings are saved per user and queue.

  • Color-code queues you have access to
Queues can now be color-coded, making it easier to quickly navigate and find what you need in the interface.

  • Improved API stability during temporary database disruptions
We have improved the stability of the MediusGo API by adding smart retry logic for brief issues with database connections. This reduces the risk of unnecessary errors in API calls.

Bugs / Improvements

  • Improved synchronization between MediusGo and Expense
We have fixed a bug that could create duplicate dimensions when synchronizing projects to Expense. Synchronization now works more reliably and consistently over time.

  • Company selection now works correctly in the Dashboard – Coding view
We have resolved an issue where it was not possible to select the correct company in the Dashboard – Coding view. This makes the workflow smoother and more predictable.

  • VAT codes are now saved even when sending invoices directly
We have fixed a bug where changes to VAT codes in the invoice header were not saved if the invoice was sent directly without first being saved manually. Now the changes are preserved as expected even in that workflow.

  • Improved use of API documentation in Swagger
We have fixed an issue where calls via “Try it out” in Swagger returned unauthorized responses despite correct access. This makes it easier to test and validate APIs directly in the documentation.

  • More secure handling of indicators during supplier import via API
We have improved validation during supplier import to ensure that the correct type of indicator is linked to the correct object. This reduces the risk of incorrect links and provides a more reliable import workflow.

  • The settings panel now opens in the correct location
We have fixed an issue where the personal settings panel opened from the wrong position in the navigation column. The panel now always positions itself correctly in line with the settings icon.
