New features
- Preview Accruals
The details of an accrual—period, account, and key—are now displayed when you hover your mouse pointer over the accrual icon. You no longer need to click through, which reduces the risk of accidentally deleting the row. - Accrual log
Accruals are now logged with the user, the time, and the periods and amounts involved. If an accrual is changed later, the log shows what was changed. - Vendor changes are logged on the invoice
When the vendor is changed on an invoice, this is now recorded in the invoice log, showing both the previous and new vendors. This provides traceability regarding which vendor an invoice was linked to. - Filtered drill-down in the dashboard
Clicking the “Count” column at the vendor level in the dashboard now opens the invoice list filtered by the metric you’re analyzing. Each row in the list also displays an indicator for the automation type. - Clearer company names on invoices
The company field on the invoice now displays both the name and description in the format [Name] - [Description]. This makes it easy to immediately see which company the invoice belongs to. Applies to both active and archived invoices.
Bugs / Improvements
- Incorrect message stating that the invoice is no longer in the queue
When approving an invoice on a mobile device, the message “The invoice is no longer in the current queue” could appear even though the invoice was still there. No conflicting messages should now be displayed. - Duplicate coding rows when multiple references match
When an invoice’s reference matched multiple entries in the reference register that pointed to the same recipient, the coding suggestion was created once per match. Now, only one set of coding rows is created. - Delete a vendor with linked payment accounts
It was not possible to delete a vendor that had payment accounts linked to it. The vendor and its payment accounts are now removed correctly. - Uniform label list for all users
The label list in the invoice window and in the search criteria looked different for administrators and users without administrator privileges. The list is now uniform and left-aligned, without options to select or deselect all. - The 12-month filter in the search includes future invoice dates
Invoices with an invoice date in the future were excluded from the filter and could be missed in the search. The filter is now called “Exclude invoices older than 12 months” and includes all invoices dating back 12 months or more. - Message instead of a blank page when the queue is empty
Previously, a blank page was displayed when the queue was empty, which caused confusion. Now, a clear message is displayed even in the full-screen view, just as it is on mobile. - Improvements to Order Search
- The company selected in Order Search is now saved between visits and does not need to be reselected each time.
- The results list can now be sorted by clicking on a column header.
- Searching for the value 0 in numeric search fields—which previously returned no results—now works.
- The “Created” column is also available as a selectable column for tracking items and orders by creation date.
- Correction in Replacer Management
Replacers whose end date was today’s date were removed prematurely. This has been fixed. - Payment Block When restarting an Invoice
When restarting an invoice, the payment block and posting block were retained while the invoice log was removed, which meant it was not possible to see who had set the block. This has been fixed. - Faster API Responses
Several optimizations in the MediusGo API provide faster response times and lower resource usage, including when retrieving invoices and coding rows. - Improved Handling of Interrupted Calls
The API now interrupts ongoing operations when a client disconnects, rather than continuing to process a response that no one will receive. - Lower memory usage in the web interface
Memory usage in the web application increased steadily over time without slowing down. The optimization provides more consistent performance over longer periods of operation. - Reduced error reporting from expired sessions
The browser sent error reports to the server even after the session had expired, resulting in large numbers of rejected calls. Reporting now occurs only during active sessions. - Reduced error reporting from expired sessions
The browser was sending error reports to the server even after the session had expired, resulting in a large number of rejected calls. Error reporting now occurs only during active sessions. - Longer traceability for login events
Login events are now stored separately from other technical logs, allowing them to be retained for a longer period. This has no impact on the login process. - More stable key management in the login service
Key exchange handling has been revised following a bug that could affect the login process. No action is required.
