Smartflow now supports TAF coding
Smartflow can now automatically suggest TAF coding based on historical invoice data, reducing the need for manual coding. Smartflow also displays color-coding in these fields to indicate the confidence level of each suggestion.
Smartflow handles rounding
Rounding amounts are now handled automatically by Smartflow, including a new setting in Admin to designate rounding accounts.
Smarter handling of rounding rows
Rounding rows are now created only when they are actually needed—that is, when the invoice arrives via Capture/Smartflow and a rounding amount exists.
Improved calculation of net amounts via Smartflow
For companies with Smartflow enabled, the net amount is now calculated more accurately by taking rounding differences into account, resulting in better TAF results.

Auto-complete when pasting Excel data
When you paste posting data from Excel, related fields are now filled in automatically, just as with manual entry.

Search for orders and deliveries
A brand-new search function makes it possible to search among orders and deliveries directly in the system, with filtering by delivery status and a quick link to the linked invoice.
Invoice search no longer starts automatically
When you open the invoice search from an invoice, the search no longer runs automatically, which eliminates long wait times for suppliers with high volumes.

ExtraField 1–3 in the API’s Invoice endpoint
The Invoice API now returns ExtraField 1–3 in the response body, providing more options for integrations.

Replacers now correctly inherit approval rights
An issue has been resolved where a replacer did not always inherit the regular approver’s rights, which could cause invoices to get stuck in the workflow even though all rows had been approved.
Coding suggestions now handle row types correctly again
A correction has been made so that coding suggestions no longer incorrectly recreate certain row types when repeated suggestions are made on the same invoice.

The Smartflow form now closes automatically
The Smartflow form now closes correctly when you open another form or switch invoices, so you don’t have to close it manually.

Importing article lines no longer crashes when encountering non-numeric values
An issue has been resolved where importing article lines from orders would silently fail if a field contained a non-numeric value.
Payment receipts now correctly match invoice numbers containing special characters
Invoice numbers containing * or % are now matched exactly when importing payment receipts, instead of being incorrectly interpreted as search patterns.

TAF indicator on coding row now always has highest priority
The TAF indicator set on an account is now always prioritized over the one specified via the vendor, as intended.
Object relationships now also work in the TAF header
Filtering rules between TAF indicators in the invoice header now work the same way they already do on coding rows.

Missing translation for reverse VAT
A missing translation for the “Reverse VAT” checkbox in Admin has been added.
Accrual lines now display correctly after archiving
An issue has been resolved that prevented accrual periods from displaying for coding entries created after an invoice was archived.
