Cause: This issue occurs either because the specified dimension value is missing from the supplier or because the supplier’s configuration is incorrect.

Even if the code could be applied, it may be set to “Code Required,” which triggers the issue.

Alternatively, you may have a dimension requirement for a supplier, and the dimension should be present at the header level in the posting.

Solution: Ensure that the supplier has a specified code, or change the setting from “Code Required” to “Same Code”; otherwise, you must remove the dimension requirement for the supplier in BC.
