Bookmark the login page in Azure

To create a bookmark/shortcut to the login page in Azure, do the following:

1. Go to the URL/web address you received ("https:/ /app.mediusgo.com",  "https:/ /[xxxxx].ascendo.se" or "https:/ /xxxxx.mediusgo.com").
2. Log in to the application.
3. Click on the star in the browser address bar when you see the WorkQueue window.
4. Save the bookmark in the appropriate location.

It is not possible to create the bookmark/shortcut on the login page as it is a temporary page, but this must be done in the workqueue window after logging in.

Login

Login to MediusGo is via the web browser at the address provided, where the following window appears:

Enter the email address registered to your user in the system and your password and click on the Login button.

Remember me

By ticking the Remember me box, you will be able to close the application without logging out and thus quickly reopen it. See more below under the heading Logout. If your session expires, i.e. you have been logged in but inactive for more than 60 minutes, you will have to log in again. 

By default, your browser knows your login for 10 days, after which you need to log in to MediusGo again.

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the link Forgot your password? link at the bottom of the form. 

In the Email field, enter the email address you use to log in and then click Send. 

An e-mail with a link will be sent to the e-mail address registered in the system, i.e. the address to which you receive e-mails informing you that you have invoices to process. Click on the link and you will be taken to a page where you enter your new password.

Logout

By default, you will be logged out of the system if you have been inactive for more than 60 minutes or have been logged in for more than 10 hours.

If you have selected the Keep me logged in option on the login page, there are two ways to exit:

• To close the window without logging out, close the tab in your browser and the next time you access the page you will be logged in automatically.
• To log out, click on the Logout button, you will then be returned to the login page.

If you have not ticked the Keep me logged in box, you can log out by clicking on the Logout button and the login page will reappear.
