In the administration tool's menu option Base register - External registers, it is possible to create e.g. cross-reference register in order to form the basis for the system to look up in connection with developed customer adaptation.

The advantage of providing the registers via this function is that they can be easily maintained manually.

Common use is e.g. translation of user ID from the financial system / purchasing system, to the corresponding user's  user account in the invoice application.
