The role form's tab Report and Search access rights specify the level at which the current role should have rights to search invoices in the system and whether the role has the right to view reports in the invoice application.

Start by selecting the company on the tab Role's companies.
Report access rights
Report access rights | Description |

Authorized to report | When selecting this check box, the role is given the right to use all the standard reports and the Dashboard that is in the invoice application and which are accessed through the work queue window. No definition of which reports the role is entitled to use can be specified. |
Permit the role to view customized reports | When selecting this check box, the role is given the right to use and run all custom reports. These are designed as desired, which is provided as a consultancy adaptation by MediusGo AB. |
Search access rights
Search access rights | Description |
---|---|
No search access rights | This means that the users of the role cannot search for any invoices in the company in question. |
Own invoices | This means that the users of the role only can search for invoices that the users themselves have coded/reviewed or approved, i.e. the user's signature is on the invoice. |
Depending on object allegiance | This means that the users of the role when searching for invoices get a hit on the invoices that are coded with the values of the selected coding dimensions as well as their own invoices as above. To select the values that the role should have the right to search for you first choose the tab for the dimension and then add/remove values using the > and < buttons so that the role is assigned search access rights on the correct values. The list can be filtered by typing in the boxes above each column. |
All invoices | This means that the users of the role can search for all invoices in the system. |
