It is possible to make two types of exports of the search result, the images can be bundled into a PDF and the contract information can be saved in an Excel file. Both types are done in the same way where a link to the relevant file is emailed to selected recipients.
Select documents
Step 1 is to select which documents to export and this can be done in 3 ways and you always see above the list how many documents you have selected. 
Total result
To export all documents on all pages of the search result, click on select all. The maximum number of documents that can be exported in a batch is 5000.
Full page
To select all documents on the current page, check the checkbox next to the title.
Single document
To select individual documents in the search result, check the checkbox to the left of each row.
Select recipients
- Once you have selected the documents to be exported, select options from the drop-down list.
- Click on Export.
A form will open to send an email to the people who should have access to the file.
- Specify the recipients. Your own email address is always suggested as a recipient, but you can add and remove recipients as you wish.
- Enter a name for the file being created.
- Optionally, write a message.
- Click on Send.
The file is created and a link is emailed to the specified recipients, it may take a few minutes depending on the file size.
Click on the link in the email and the file will open and can then be downloaded or printed.
Please note that the link expires after 2 days.
If you choose not to specify yourself as the recipient, you will receive an email confirmation that the export has been sent.
What is included in the PDF export?
- Documents that are in PDF format.
- Attachments, in PDF format.
- The images will follow the sorting order you have on the screen when exporting.
What is included in the Excel file?
The Excel file will include all the columns that appear in the search result.
