It is possible to make three types of exports of the search result, the images can be bundled into a PDF, the invoice information can be saved in an Excel file and what is displayed on the screen can be printed.
Selecting invoices
Step 1 is to select the invoices to be exported and this can be done in 3 ways and you always see above the invoice list how many invoices you have selected.
Total result
To export all invoices on all pages in the search result, click on select all. The maximum number of invoices that can be exported in a batch is 5000. You can only print the page that appears in the search result, not several pages at once.
Full page
To select all invoices on the current page, check the checkbox next to the title.
Single invoices
To select individual invoices in the search results, check the checkbox to the left of each row.

4. Print invoice information for the first page
Print the columns, and the sort order, shown on the screen. NOTE! only the current page is printed even if all invoices are selected.

Print the columns and sorting order displayed on the screen, including the invoice coding lines. NOTE! only the current page is printed even if all invoices are selected.
Select recipients
If you have chosen to export to Excel or PDF, a form will open to send an email to the people who should have access to the file.
- Enter the recipients. Your own email address is always suggested as a recipient, but you can add and remove recipients as you wish.
- Enter a name for the file being created.
- Write a message if necessary.
- Click on Send.
The file is created and a link is emailed to the specified recipients, it may take a few minutes depending on the file size.
Click on the link in the email and the file will open and can then be downloaded or printed.
Please note that the link expires after 2 days.
If you choose not to specify yourself as the recipient, you will receive a confirmation email that the export has been sent.
