Create Account
When you have been invited to use Expense, a welcome email is generated with information and a link to activate your user account. The invitation comes from the person who administers the organization you are to make expenses for.
- Click on Activate account in the email and fill in your personal information.
- Click Create Account.
Download the app
Download the MediusGo Expense app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and log in with your user details.
If you belong to more than one organization, you can easily switch between the organizations by swiping sideways at the top of the page.
Getting started as a user
For a description of the different icons and how to quickly get started with the app, please refer to the page I'm a new user. How do I get started? which opens in a new tab. There is also a description of the Expense web version, which you can access via the icon in the MediusGo menu column.
Getting started as an administrator
The administration part of Expense is available in a web version that can be accessed via the icon in the MediusGo menu column.
