The Contract application is an archiving system for documents and other types of files that enables structured archiving and retrieval per customer organization/group and its underlying companies through storage via:

  • Division into categories and underlying document types.
  • Authorized new registration, updating, and deletion of documents
    • By company, document category, and document type
    • Access to different document queues for registration
  • Authorized access for retrieval
    • By company and document category and document type
  • Registration of new documents / files through:
    • Manual registration of individual files
    • Rational handling when registering larger volumes
    • Possibility of automatic import of documents and associated metadata

The Contract application can be connected with the Invoice application to easily reach vendor agreements from the Invoice application.

Document format 

The documents can consist of paper documents that have been scanned to TIFF, PNG, JPG, or other types of electronic formats such as Word, Excel, PDF, txt, etc.
