At the top of the Workqueue window is sometimes a banner with current information about the invoice application, such as operational disruptions.

There may also be a yellow banner with an internal message. This message is created under Organization-Instance Message in the Administration Tool.

If a red banner is displayed, it contains information that is specific to the ERP system you are using
