Click on the icon in the invoice window on your mobile to open the invoice coding. Turn your phone to landscape mode to view more columns in the coding string.

Whether the fields are open for editing depends on the stage of the invoice and the system settings used and follows the same rules as when opening the invoice on a computer.

To change the coding, click in the field you want to change and start typing, selectable values are displayed in a list where you click on the one you want to use. If you want to use a coding template, type “template” in the account field and a list of templates will appear.

On the far right there are checkboxes for review and approval, check the boxes on the rows you want to approve or click on the column header (R/A) to check all rows.

When the coding looks as it should and you have reviewed/approved the relevant rows, close the coding window by clicking on
