Does your MediusGo look like this when you log in on your computer?

This is our new mobile interface and it senses the size of the screen, which affects how the page is displayed in the browser. As we now use the same link for login on desktop and the new mobile interface on mobile, the system recognizes the size of the web window. 

If you want to go back to the desktop version, you can try adjusting the size of the window by holding down the Ctrl key and pressing “-” to shrink until the page changes layout. 

This is how the system is set up, which means that users may get different looks depending on their screen resolution.
