The system can learn to change an interpreted value to another in the reference field.
With this function the system will learn if the interpreted value is changed by user during verification. If same change is done two times (the same printed value both times) the system will learn.
After learning that a specific interpreted value should be converted to another value in reference-field it is repeated automatically on future imported invoices.
The learning is saved per vendor and company.

For PDF invoices (non e-invoices) a tooltip function exists. On mouse over icon a tooltip exists showing that reference has been converted to another value.
Note, the tooltip doesn’t exists for e-invoices even though the reference learning exists.
To unlearn, rubber band the correct printed value on two invoices and system will relearn to just use printed value.
