MediusGo Admin has 6 main menus:
- Organization
- Approval rules
- Business rules
- Base register
- System configuration
- Invoice
These 6 menus are available regardless of administration privileges.
Under each main menu there is a varying number of headings/functions depending on the main options. Access to these sub-functions is controlled through administrative permissions per role and legal entity. The sub-functions you as a user do not have permission to are gray in color and cannot be clicked. The sub-functions that have a white text color, you have permission to access and thereby administer the information that is on that page. |
Choice of company
To choose which company to administer, the drop-down list at the top of the page is used.
Some menu items are system-wide, then it looks like this
