Under the Administration tool's menu Approval rules - Approval rules, you can see who has approval rights on which coding values.

The following example assumes that the coding dimension Account is used to control the approval rights on invoices.

Show values in approval controlling dimensions

Click on View.

• All values are shown in the list, in our example Accounts.
• The list can be filtered by Value or Description using the boxes above each column. 
• The list also shows the values with wildcards created on the Approval rights tab of the role form.

Show roles with approval rights on a given account

Select an account in the Value list and click View above the column in the middle

• The roles with appproval rights on the account are displayed in the Roles with approval rights for selected object. 
• The amount the role can approve is shown in brackets as a number or as unlimited.
• The list can be filtered using the boxes above each column.

Show users belonging to each role

Select a role and users belonging to the role will be displayed directly in the list Users belonging to selected role.
