To simplify the login in the mobile interface, it is possible to create a bookmark in the browser you use.

It is not possible to add an icon on the home screen.

Below is a short instruction in a few simple steps on how to fix this on a device using Android or a device using IOS.

Android - phone - tablet

If you use a device with Android, it looks a bit different depending on which browser and which version of it is used. Here are two examples of what it might look like in Chrome and in Samsung's default "Internet" browser.

Step 1	Open the browser on your phone or tablet and fill in the address you use to log in to MediusGo on your computer. Click OK and browse, you will be taken to the login page just like on your computer.	Open the browser on your phone or tablet and fill in the address you use to log in to MediusGo on your computer. Step 2	Log in with the same credentials you use on your computer.	Log in with the same credentials you use on your computer.
Step 3	Click on the star on the right side of the address bar.	Click on the dashes in the upper right corner.
Step 4	Click on the dots in the top right corner.	Click on "Add page to".
Step 5	Click on "Bookmarks".	Click on "Bookmarks"
Step 6	1. Click on the dots to the right of the bookmark you just created and select "Edit". 2. Edit the URL so that it looks exactly like the address you log in with, i.e. remove the text "MobileMain.aspx"	Edit the URL so that it looks exactly like the address you log in with, i.e. remove the text "MobileMain.aspx".
Step 7	DONE! - A bookmark now exists that will take you to MediusGo the next time you log in.

IOS - IPHONE - IPAD

Step 1

Open the Safari browser on your phone or tablet and enter the address you use to log in to MediusGo on your computer. Click OK and browse, you will be taken to the login page just like on your computer.

Step 2

Log in with the same login details you use on your computer.

Step 3

Click  to the right of the address bar.

Step 4

Click on "Add bookmark". 

Step 5

Name your bookmark and save it in the appropriate place. 

Step 6

Locate your bookmark and tap on it to bring up a menu. 

Select "Edit"

Step 7

Edit the address so that it looks exactly like the one you log in with, i.e. remove the text "MobileMain.aspx".

DONE! - A bookmark now exists that will take you to MediusGo the next time you log in.
